Summary
The IEEE 802.16e specification provides a standard for metropolitan area wireless broadband service. This report focuses on analyzing the 3-way handshake, which takes place after authentication and enables the exchange of a key used to encrypt data traffic. The model checker Murphi is used in the analysis.
